Outstanding hotel for the basic couple of night stay, just realize it's not a resort. The pool is a really nice, but a normal pool. The rooms are huge and very clean. The entire inside of the hotel is very well appointed and kept up. PLENTY of parking too! We were staying a couple of days to visit Universal before flying to Cancun. Worked out perfect.

Nice staff, clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was back in full swing which was so nice! The guest and staff made sure everyone was wearing mask and keeping everything clean and sterile. Our room was huge with full kitchen, only thing I can complain about was not enough coffee in the rooms but I think that just a personal preference. There was a shuttle available for Universal. I did not use it but was told it's worth it if you don't mind waiting. Parking at park is a bit pricey and your dropped of at a decent place.

Best suites in the Orlando area as I have stayed at a couple around. The suites are very self sufficient. Reception staff are top professionals & helpful. Alexis is the star from them with her positive persona & customer service. She livens the place up & makes the place better with her dynamic attitude. Housekeeping can be real noisy outside the suite. Walking distance to Universal which is great & free breakfast although standard is a nice perk with the stay. Keep up the great work.

Positive: The hotel was located near food and Icon park and Universal so it was very convenient. The rooms were nice and check in was quick and easy. The breakfast was great with lots of options compared to that we have received at similar hotels. Negative: We were disappointed that there was no room cleaning or refilling of towels, etc at all the whole time we were there. Thankfully it was only 3 days, I could have seen it being a bigger issue if it was a longer trip or we had our kids.
