I can say with 100% accuracy that it has been one of the best or why not the best experience ever for me as a customer can express. Everybody, starting with the sale person who is so friendly, knowledgeable and willing to hep you through all the process an really goes beyond his duties to be sure you are satisfied with what your buying, the customer service is amazing and everybody in the store so friendly and willing to help. Additionally they have good quality and a lot a unique products, First time customer at Bernie and Phyls and for sure future and loyalty customer. 100% satisfaction. ✅✅✅

Delivered USED FURNITURE !! I purchase new. By "used", it was clearly a floor model or one that maybe the staff assembled and used for lunch breaks. The wear marks (see photo) on it were dismissed and they said was assembled in error at the warehouse. ?? Customer service, Carson & Timothy, were completely dismissive and condescending. Made me out to feel like I was bothering them. I really felt my disappointment was genuine. The "used" chair, also has a piece missing (see photo). Not until I posted this review did they offer to make any considerations due to experience. Live and learn. Back to Jordan's for all furniture needs for sure. Sometimes a sale items is not worth the sale price. Also, uncovered that my experience is not unique, customer satisfaction index is not a concern for their staff. recommendation ::: PASS

We had a great experience. Jon was very helpful and listened. After going to Jordan's and Boston Interior, it was nice to have someone listen to what we wanted instead of selling what they had. When we walked into Bernie & Phyl's, we asked about getting a sectional and mentioned the size and colors we were looking for. Jon was able to list all the options right away, he then brought us over to each one and helped us with our purchase. We are really looking forward to our new furniture.

Wonderful experience!! Our sales representative was a wealth of knowledge. He showed us love seats in the style we wanted. He helped us to find the perfect color match to our den. We were also appraised of purchase options, delivery format & date & care options for our new love seat. I will go back to Bernie & Phylls soon for my next furniture purchase. A+
