My visit to Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree for servicing my 2020 Ford F-150 was exactly what you would want it to be. I arrived early for my appointment and was greeted cheerfully by Jack Nguyen. We chatted briefly with about visit, service needs, etc., and Jack took care of everything from there. A reasonable time later (perhaps an hour +/-?) Jack returned with paperwork, let me know all was good with the vehicle, and told me exactly where I would find my truck. Entering the vehicle, I was happy to not see fingerprints on the doors or steering wheel, and no garbage (paper mats, plastic seat covers or steering wheel covers) left behind. Also appreciated that the radio station and volume were not changed from where I left them! BTW, tire pressure was perfect! I am very pleased with the professionalism displayed by Jack, and the quality of work performed by the service department at Herb Chambers Ford.

This is a review of the service shop. Called them in a pickle to see if they could take my C-Max which had basically stopped functioning on the highway. They were incredibly generous. Had the car towed there. They ran a diagnostic in the AM. Texted me the diagnosis. We went back in forth a bit on other things I wanted done. Cranked it out in a couple of hours. Car is back on the road and working great. Competitive pricing. GREAT service. Jack is an awesome guy. Will definitely go back even though it’s a bit of a hall away from where I live.

I have always had a pretty good experience when having my vehicle serviced or repaired at this dealership. Recently, I had to take my 2014 Ford Explorer in for a recall service on a rear toe link, replacement of a tie rod, replacement of a broken side mirror, and a new remote key fob. After all that I asked them to do “The Works” package and replace my cabin filter. As you can imagine it was a nice chunk of money, but Paul was very friendly and kept me informed about what was being done. He even managed to get the work done faster than expected.

My wife was looking for a new SUV this past weekend. We connected with sales rep Frankie on Saturday and he quickly helped us pick out a 2021 Explorer and explained pricing and other details clearly without pressuring us at all. The experience was great. Took delivery yesterday (Monday). I’d recommend the dealership and Frankie in particular.
