This is my local 711. Have been going here for three years. Not the cleanest or best service but whatever ive dealt with it. The employee working around 830pm on May 18th 2022 wouldn't help me with my lottery ticket and heres the story. My son and I walk in. I had a scratch off lottery ticket worth only $4 that i was gonna cash in and buy more items. As a reward to my son, he's only 5, I let him walk in with the scratch off. Make him feel proud for the good job he's been doing in school. He wanted a slurpee. Girl behind the counter who has helped me countless times and never a issue says she didnt feel comfortable processing my sale because my son came in with the scratch off in his hands. Unbelievable. Says she can refuse any sale she wants if she doesn't feel comfortable. She didnt feel comfortable because my son walked in with the scratch off in his hands. I couldnt believe it. Went to another 711 and no problem at all. I wont be visiting that location anymore. Ill be taking my business down the road.

TERRIBLE place! Girls working behind the counter have ZERO customer service skills, no hello, no thank you, NOTHING! All they do is talk among each other, play on their phones and totally ignore the customers!! I bought a pizza and a coke and not ONE word said to me. No wonder you are a 2.5 on google reviews, well deserved!!!! I won't be back, your DESERVED loss. Follow-up 2/21: I returned to give you guys one more chance and you failed again. Standing in line behind a customer that kept having his card decline over and over and the cashier never once called for backup to relieve the very long line. Left my food and simply left and I will NEVER RETURN AGAIN. I'll go to Circle K instead if I need a snack.

The bathrooms are atrocious and the rest of the store looked awful. The customer service was okay.
