The buying experience was fine but after someone from the store came to repair the dryer (which came broken), they not only did not fix it, but actually broke the washing machine, making it impossible to use without it flooding the room with water. We have now been trying to get someone to come repair it and have been ghosted and ignored, no one has come to repair it, and the communication is completely awful. We had the washer and dryer for about a week when it was only partially functional (since it came broken), and they have been basically completely incapable of helping fix the issue. If I could give no stars I would.

Always a great experience here. We've bought a refrigerator, stove, and washer and dryer over the years and have never had a bad experience.

Initially, I had a reasonable experience. I went in, bought a gas stove at a reasonable price and had it delivered. They showed up when they said they would and the stove still works great. I went back to get a newer washer and dryer when our dryer decided to stop drying. In store everything went smoothly. I picked out an affordable washer and dryer set and scheduled the delivery and installation. Delivery day comes around and I'm home during the three-hour window we had agreed upon. No one shows up. I was able to get Edgar on the phone and he was super apologetic and rescheduled for the next day. The next day they showed up when they said they would and installed everything promptly. Fast forward a couple weeks and I realize the washer is leaking out the bottom. Luckily they have a 60-day warranty, so I call them up and they set up a time to have someone come over and fix the washer in my home. Three missed appointments and a total of seven hours of waiting at home later... I'm pretty frustrated at this point. So I go in person and talk with them. The owner was away on holiday, but they had gotten in touch with him and he said "Give her a new washer!" Which seemed like a reasonable solution at this point. So I picked out a new washer, scheduled a delivery and they actually showed up at the appointed time. Success! The washer was installed and has been working ever since. On the positive side, throughout the whole process Edgar was very responsive via phone and very apologetic. And the owners' decision to completely replace the washer, after all the missed appointments, was a good attempt to keep me happy. But alas, it was too little, too late, as I can't see myself going back there.

Some are I believe we bought one that was refurbed by them 2 years ago and its 100%!! Good deals, free delivery within 20 miles I think...
Hello so sorry or the late response yes we do offer a delivery & installtion service all over the bay area. Ground floor installtion to your area are usually $50-$65 and $20+ if you have stairs. Yes they do within reason. Depends on where you live, there will be a charge.
You're going to have to contact the people that work there to figure out their inventory. Nobody on this form worked for that company.
