Very poor customer service benefits at 11 AM it is now 610pm still waiting on doctor Employees are very unhelpful the waiting is ridiculous my son was in very bad pain...I had to go to Walgreens for pain pills on 103rd for the wait Need better staffing and And and doctors who care about their patience

My wife came in complaining of chest pains which is not something to take lightly. First the security is was very laxed. They were sleeping on the job and no one was at their post. They were flash light cops. I mean no uniform. A black polo and black pants is not a uniform. The ER room they place my wife in had empty oxygen tanks in the room where they did not belong. Should’ve been in storage. There were used gloves along with used paper towels on the sink and the floors looked like they weren’t mopped in days. Deplorable conditions. I do have pics

Well I had a good visit when I went there it was Clean and they helped me with my medical problem so I can't say Anything back about the place But that was my experience

Roseland does,some good in the community they are still open so let's just pray for and work towards being the best version of our healthy selves so we won't need their services. Have a blessed day.
It is not unusual to wait 4, 5, 6, or evening 7 hours and more. What is your chief complaint?
There are no appointments for detox and they have to wait until all their labs come back and insurance is approved... it's time consuming

Roseland doesn't always get it right but I must say that they are trying to improve.
The system being down makes the process longer to register patients so that makes the wait time even longer. You also have to keep in mind the people that's there before you also waiting to be seen and if there is enough Dr's on staff.
Because you didn't understand that you needed to go to another hospital. Roseland Community Hospital is understaffed and the good workers they have are underpaid. The attitudes alone should make you want to go somewhere else if you can.
