I guess i don't understand how a person come in for Detox appt at 1:30 and still waiting in lobby to go upstairs for some help but never got called so he left lastnight. So hurt and disappionted he didnt get good service.

There are no appointments for detox and they have to wait until all their labs come back and insurance is approved... it's time consuming

They are very unprofessional and no you don't have to have a appointment for detox.they can screen you there but it will take longer
