Couldn’t not tell the difference between code 7240 and 7250 they literally told me they could t get my tooth removal covered and kept pressing hard to have me pay out of pocket for a procedure that insurance said they would in fact cover. No one ever answers the phone and the surgeon in on Monday July 11 2021 acted and sounded like some thug with no respect or decency at all. Instead of answering the phone with some attitude why do t you try listening to you clients you jackass

Exactly. The worst place. First they had a student doing the x-rays alone so the x-rays were not good. Secondly the cleaning I don't think she even hit every tooth. Third the dentist never looked at my mouth. He only looked at the x-rays and said I had Perfect Teeth. However I had a tooth that was bothering me. So upon my insistence he saw in the x-ray that I had a cavity. Even when I went back to have the tooth fixed. They had not contacted my insurance company they told me they were about to close for the day. Long story short I never got service. And yes you're very correct you have to call and call and call and maybe someone will answer the phone.
