I choose this location because it is very convenient, as I live in a neighborhood directly across the street. I must say the customer service, for the most part, leaves something to be desired. It’s very inconsistent….some days polite and courteous and efficient, some days quite the opposite. Today I was waiting for a good while for a mobile order. No one acknowledged me until after about a good 5-10 minutes. I was told that they were out of a flavor that I wanted in my coffee. I then told her what I wanted instead, and mentioned that no one said anything to me (as it was pretty clear I had been waiting for a while). Then, a young lady making the coffees was quick to mouth off to me stating “well you never said anything to us, and how are we supposed to know anything if you don’t say anything”? I then replied that I was going to mention my order to her when she finished preparing the 3 coffees that were in front of her! I have had this treatment before at this location and it worries me that some of these employees know NOTHING about customer service!! I understand they get VERY busy in the mornings, but being rude to customers does not help the situation at all. If a manager happens to read this, I think some instruction in providing great customer service, across the board, is a must!!

Worst DD shop location ever I had tried DD. Bad customer service and quality. Was waiting past 15 mins since I ordered and staff asked me why are you waiting? After that this is what I got for their new tomato pesto grilled cheese sandwich - a disgrace to their promo pic. And the hot cappuccino I ordered was worst than a regular cold coffee.

Giving this location 1 star is being generous. Waited in line for 25 minutes and when I finally got to the register I was ignored while the cashier was getting food and making coffees for to go orders. It would've been nice of her to say, "hi, I'll be right with you ". Then she informed me they were not making any food bc they were backed up. What? Why didn't someone tell us while we were waiting in line or put a sign up. I'll never go back. Terrible. I will stick to supporting chik fil a. Their breakfasts are better anyway.

I visit this spot quite often and always a great experience. The staff are friendly and polite, the service is quick and efficient, and orders are always correct. The restaurant has a good amount of seating inside and some great outdoor tables, chairs and benches in a courtyard which is cool. They serve the typical Dunkin fare —doughnuts, hot breakfast sandwiches, muffins and bagels and of course, fantastic coffee. The restaurant itself is clean and has a Baskin Robbins inside. There is plenty of parking immediately out front, with a specious lot. The restaurant is easily visible from the main roads and always easy to get in and out. There is no drive through at this location. It can bet quite busy in the morning especially on the weekend. Overall always a pleasant visit and experience.
