The gym has updated equipment and good staff. I just wish they go back to 24/7 already. Mandates have been lifted for a long time now. I hate that I'm paying for a 24/7 member ship but only get a few days they are open 24 hours.

Matthews is my favorite location by far!! It's easy to get to and there's never an issue with parking. The facility is clean and open, the machines and tanning beds are up to date, and the staff is very friendly. This isn't even the closest location to me but it's definitely worth the drive...10/10!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Just joined Planet Fitness after my last two gyms in the area closed. Really like it so far. In fact, wish I'd gone there before joining the Lifetime that just closed. So much brighter and nicer. Still miss my Retro Fitness, but Planet Fitness is pretty comparable. Equipment is pretty new, the black card concept is cool. Never too busy although can be difficult to get a bench by the free weights sometimes. Plenty of cardio equipment so that's never an issue.
