I got a email in the middle of night from Operations Manager canceling consultation 10 hours before was scheduled.. really damaged my schedule.. basically email to me reads they want me and billing to rely on old records and pictures i view as inadequate...so i reading as i do thier job of inventory and assessment of what they need to get job I want done as it exists now..ABSURD...from my understanding of business and service, a client ask company to do job because they willing to pay for services. in this case I see the company wants me to do their job too... can I set the staffing and equipment and price too?.. I would give zero stars for this but wouldn't let me.. please remoov.. reply to this here..... however, after my post above and message to company, the issue was resolved, basically what the manager wrote was adjusted to comply with my tight schedule...so I say 6 stars for management responsibility to customers communication and compliance with agreement of schedule..I feel they went beyond norms in reverse of mistake..show great management..and great personal responsibility taken by I believe ownership to personally fix issue.. I highly recommend based of ownership commitment to customer satisfaction. however I did not actually hire them to do job I needed... so my experience is limited to above.

Excellent work taking a large sofa out via tight corridors and about 4 flights of emergency stairs because the couch is too big for the elevator. Thanks so much, professional and fast. In the post donation pickup days where Goodwill and Salvation Army no longer takes large furniture, and GotJunk is a total ripoff, it's nice to know Remoov will actually try to find my comfy leather sofa a new home.

What an amazing experience. I had been paying for a public storage unit since our last move 3 years ago. I stored our items planning to take care of them later. $10K in storage fees later they were still in storage! Remoov was a salvation. They came and with one pickup collected everything. Some of the items were collected for sale and the rest donation/recycle. The guys that came in were very professional and handled everything with care. Highly recommend them.

Hi Pat, unfortunately we don't have a drop-off service yet. We are looking into possibly launching that later this year, but at this time we collect items through the pickups.
