Why is it that the cashier asks me to remove my glasses when buying a pack of cigarettes? I've been going there for a few years now and i'm pretty sure that a person under 18 does not have GREY HAIR IN THEIR BEARD. She refused to answer me.

Because if she doesn't ask and someone buying isn't of age, she, personally is responsible as well as store. If you are a regular, perhaps she asked you to remove shades to be sure it's you. We all need our jobs, yes?
