Summary: Find another Mail Box service. Incredibly disappointed with my experiences here over the years. I have come to this place off and on over the past few years. I started going to Mail Boxes International because they have way better hours, an overnight locker, and I felt that Mail Boxes Plus customer service was subpar. I accidentally sent a small package to Mail Boxes Plus last month. I came to pick it up and the lady forced me to subscribe for another year and then pay the fees on top of that for holding (which are way too expensive). This place has disappointed me so many times! If anyone wants my account there I have a year remaining, feel free to take it... Do yourself a favour and check out another mail box service. I personally am a big fan of Mail Boxes International -- as a Canadian customer they have served me the best thus far. This place needs a massive overhaul in order to survive.

Dont know what all the complaining is about with the negative reviews. Been a customer of Kristina's for over 10 years. Never had a problem, dont trust the negative reviews. Honest, reliable and fair. Sure shes busy and it gets crazy in her shop. BUT shes one person running a business she does the best she can. Highly recommend.
