I have been using this post office for over 10 years now. Their customer services keep getting better. Last Friday, I was there picking up the packages and I got to have a chat with Mimi. She was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I had a few requests & she didn't hesitate to offer her help. I'm pleased with the services, and I would highly recommend others to use this office.

I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of Pacific Mail and Parcel for years. I even convinced my family and friends to open accounts there. When Covid-19 hit PM&P had to reduce their hours of service. With the border open again I am happy to resume using their services. While I did have one challenge last year contacting them to get a parcel forwarded to Canada (border was abruptly closed) they have always been courteous and, as usual, got the job done.

Had a great experience today at PM&P. Arrived just after they shut off their "OPEN" sign (border lineups this evening was crazy). They squeezed me in and really made my day! Special thanks to the owner who made me feel very welcome and had a good chat with him. NO BUSINESS IS PERFECT, but PM&P is very down to earth, and the owner is good to deal with.
