Every time I receive packages coming from this facility something always goes wrong. Tonight I saw that a package was delivered “handed directly to the resident”- but which resident? Because it sure wasn’t my house! And it sure want me! I have specific directions on where to leave my package and only my mail man follows it by leaving it on the back door of the house. One time I saw that my package was next door sitting out my neighbors house who passed away and has not lived there for some months. Another time 2 of my packages was left in the driveway on the floor. There are huge numbers of the house in front so it’s easy to read only if drivers are paying attention and not on their phones. I mean let’s get it together. If drivers can’t even read and follow simple instructions and literally play with other peoples money, Amazon should take a look at that! Whoever supervises this hub should take a look at the drivers being sent out and maybe bring new recruitment in that can actually do the work correctly. Match the number on the package to see if that’s the number of the house they are standing in front of before leaving the package as “delivered”.

Nice people but too small for trucks and not a good location

Showed up for a 12:00 preloaded drop and hook appointment. Ha! Its been six hours and there are two pallets in my trailer so far. I was even kind enough to jockey trailers for them while I waited. Would not recommend.

For Trucker my experience here is good. But my recommendation is Thu should remove all parking front in front of the dock and to the right side as well being a place that accepts deliveries day with employee vehicles all around the loading and unloading docks put the higher risk for a driver or new driver to hit a vehicle causing both companies unnecessary expenses
