They must be desperate for staff cause it sure shows. Straight clowns here. Went to this location after placing a takeout order at 5:30-5:45 and was given an ETA of 6:30 for pickup. Arrive at 6:30 for curbside, call twice. Nobody answers the phone both times so I go inside and ask about the order. They claim the meatloaf was gonna take another 30 minutes. I ask why? The cook or whoever he is immediately gets defensive and an attitude. Trying to intimidate me. "Oh, you know we have other customers that come before you right?" I laughed, the parking lot was completely empty. I was the only one in there. Dude starts to threaten me "I can clock out right now and handle business" Yeah, okay buddy. All I did was ask for a refund, and he starts trying to threaten me. The cashier of course just standing there defending him. I thought this was hilarious. I'll never visit another Boston Market again. This is a clown show being run by the staff. I lost brain cells going in there that I'll never get back. It's not even worth reporting to Management, they are so desperate for help this clown will probably get a reward.

I just got to work hadnt even clocked in yet, when Che wants to start crying to me about me not doing my job. Why didnt you jump bad with everybody else that was standing outside with us?? You Che, are lucky I just left. My boyfriend and I are the lowest paid hardest working people there, and everyone else sits on they a55. If nobody takes out trash before we get there, how is that MY fault?? You dont care about your employees, just how much money the store makes. Enjoy serving people food with dishes washed in hot dirty water. I hope you get su3d, and have to close down. +>>

Do not buy the individual meals. The chicken is dried out and not edible. I should have known better since it was 4:30 pm. The sweet potato casserole and creamed spinach were excellent.

Update: Boston Market reached out to me. Corporate has it right, just needs to show in the food and service department. This food is disgusting! They were out of pot pies, they forgot our cornbread, the vegetables are literally rotten, the potatoes are hard and have sat all day and the mac and cheese is cold mush. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. 40.00 bucks should buy us way more than this! Nobody answered the phone. This is food poisoning waiting to happen.
