DO NOT RENT HERE! Upon moving out they are charging me over $1,000 to pay for the cost of a replaced carpet and clean up even though when I moved in the carpet was disgusting and not replaced. They were not able to provide proof that the carpet had been replaced. Roach infested, black mold, water damage from the washer and the dishwasher. Maintenance is non existent. Plenty of better places to rent in Matthews. Save yourself the headache.

-Today I went to the office. I asked what time I could come to the office. Maybe you need to do an Appointment Or maybe you can spend time in the office only at certain hours. I just came to ask. The man who said he was a manager would not let me use the office. Then a girl came out and said that COVID is why I cannot use the office. There was no one in the office. The manager said she had new rules because of COVID. I asked to show me these new rules so that I know what rules we have in his complex. To which I was simply given the usual rules. The usual rules say that I can use the pool grill office and so on. I was talking take off absolutely normal. But the people who worked there talked to me very much. I called my friend who lives in the same apartment. I told him the whole situation. He said that people are always talking to you there. He somehow came to pick up a package. When there was a strong COVID, the parcels could be left in the office. They told him to get out of here. He was simply kicked out without explaining anything. But I remember that 1.5 years ago, a very nice girl and a very nice man worked there. Apparently due to the fact that all the workers have changed, everything has become not nice. If you ask me if I recommend this apartment complex, I will answer no, I do not recommend it from my sister about splitting tires and something stolen from the car. September 15, They did not talk to me very well in the office, And I had to urgently use it in the near future. +But this is good Location. but my friend was handed the wheels here and stole Something from the car The rest of the guys who work outside the office are wonderful.

Everything is great except for cable TV bills. Never watched TV in 2 years but I have to pay for it... You can't cancel it and leave just the internet bill for some reason

I was ready to go to the pool with the children and I saw that I had lost my entrance card, I went to the office and tried to solve it with the employees thinking that it would be a simple problem with an easy solution. I was wrong. I was mistreated by the people who work here to help us. I didn't like the way she talked to me, making even my children nervous. I have lived here for 4 years! I'm not a stranger in the pending condominium. you should better evaluate your employees. as far as the residents assess... it always seems like we don't have any rights! bad experience!
