Moving in MetroPlace has been a good experience so far. My experience with Stanley Ziegler has been exceptional. He has answered all my questions and checked in with me periodically before and during my move. There were a few things that weren’t fixed at initial move-in which is why I’m giving only 4 stars but Stanley has been very helpful getting the maintenance requests taken care of and the maintenance team has been responsive.

Horrible. Was in a car accident, received a rental in Memorial Day. Parked my car in MY SPOT that i pay 75$ a month for!! Just to come back outside in a hour and for my car to be gone!! And it’s Memorial Day, I called them and left a emergency message. Nobody has yet to call me back. I’ve had minor issues with this place since I been here but this is just it for me

I have been living here since 2015, and in the six years that I have lived here, this community has been very peaceful. The management staff is understanding and reliable. They address the concerns of their tenants and try to mitigate issues as quickly as possible. Often other communities have management staff who will not see their tenants' needs. However, I have experienced the help of management. Trina Goodman is a manager who will help you and get out in the community to know her tenants. Sometimes you will find her in the back office handling business or outside handing out packages with a smile. I am pleased with living here and can see myself here for another few years.

We have only been here 1 year and every one is amazing from Office team to Maintenance. We have loved every minute of being here. Any issues that we did have was solved quickly with extreme professionalism. I have live in a few properties but none like this. The warm feeling you get from these women in the office is hard to top and not to mention how every one is always on the same beat as one. These women an men together are a fabulous, amazing , wonderful team..
