The maintenance and management team has done an exceptional job, especially Isaac Appaih, who has executed a high level of professionalism, care and work ethic. He is always able to assist me with anything I may have questions and concerns on, in no time! Highly recommend :)

While Isaac was great, I must update this review to reflect the poor level of customer service and inconsistency not only by him, but the leasing consultant as well. The competition is tough for this community’s customer service to not be where it should. Honoring a special on the 3rd months rent is also not the best concession especially since the comps in walking distance honor up front concessions.

Camp Springs delivers. I expect a level of management and amenities.That is why I live here. Isaac is very professional and handles any issues that comes up promptly. I do love the amenities here too. Above decent place to live.

I am a long term resident at Midtown and experienced the transition of the new management team. I wanted to give time in order to give my honest opinion about the new manager. I have had multiple encounters with him and one thing I can say is that he is someone that takes pride in work. I had a non working water heater and other minor things inside my unit but Isaac took his time and dedicated to fixing the issue that we couldn’t figure out why it was non functioning. I saw him literally search on google when the Maintainance supervisor had no clue and was able to make suggestions that worked. For a long term resident that pays lump sum of money it meant a lot to me and the icing on cake was he followed up about week a half to ensure it was still functioning. Thank you so much Isaac
