Visiting. The outside isn't great. Trash bin was not hidden and it was overflowing drastically. The apartment itself was quite surprising in that it was well-maintained by the property management. They also had security personnel on the premises which was a plus and made me feel better about my nephew moving there.

I seriously recommend many not to work here or live...very bad management. I fell down the steps working here and they didn't show no concern whatsoever although I was working with them for years, even through the pandemic. When I finally healed for my injuries I went back to work only to find all my tools and belongings missing. The management never compensated me for my belongings so I decided to just move on from this job entirely. I wouldn't even recommend anyone to work here...management doesn't order the supplies needed to do your job. They pay you dirt cheap. But God is great because now I work at a job that pays me $7 more than what I was originally paid working here. Plus less work and organized!!!

I’m leaving this review today because this whole process so far has been frustrating. I have reached out 3 times to speak with the rental office however I’m always getting the call center. I wanted to apply for an appointment however due to the pandemic and Holidays they are only open 3 times a week from 8am-5pm. (As most working people also do) I was looking for an alternative to submit my application been though I can’t come into the office as they have the same working hours as myself and they don’t have an online option. Each time I call in I’m told by the call center that they will reach out to the office to see if there is any alternative I’m which I can submit my application. Each time I never hear back from the office. It makes me feel like if I can’t contact anyone from the office directly now and I’m not a resident I can only imagine what it would be like if I was a resident. I have background knowledge as to what a leasing consultant position entails because I used to be one for high end apartment complexes. This is unacceptable honestly and I’m not to sure I even want to move here anymore

My children and I lived here from October 2012 until March 2018. I had no complaints about our units. We originally moved into a 2BR duplex and then moved into a 3BR duplex for our final year there. They weren't the fanciest units but they were comfortable. The rooms were nice sizes and we enjoyed the balcony in the warmer months. My first couple of years were a bit annoying because apparently there were issues with the accountant and people's rent payments went missing. Every few months I had an outstanding rent payment notice on my door and would have to bring all my receipts to clear my name and get me off an eviction list. I only recall roaches during the first couple months. After I bought 2 bombs I never saw them again. Although pest control was around often. The laundry room could be a nuisance because they were only unlocked from 8am to 8pm, not always on time, and some holidays it remained locked and I'd have to drive to a laundry mat. My clothes were stolen once from the dryers but there's not much to be done by the complex about that I suppose. The walls are very thin and I always heard music from my downstairs neighbors unless I was upstairs in my bedroom. As the years progressed, things got better. My kids loved the pool every summer, my daughter made a lot of great friends, Andrew's Air Force Base was a great sight to see coming home everyday, and it was convenient to everyday shopping and food places. I got used to the horns going off from the base Monday thru Friday at 7am, 5pm, and 9pm like clockwork. There was also a community center across the street with a large field, playground, football field, tennis court, basketball court and picnic area. Marissa in the front office (Assistant Manager I believe) was always great since the beginning. And Keith with the maintenance team was ALWAYS a huge help. He is the reason I expect so much from any other maintenance team I come across now. Always prompt, courteous and respectful. Upper management was always changing so I don't have anything to say about them. Ultimately, we left because one of the neighbors broke into our unit and stole things while I was in the shower, my son was sleeping, and my daughter just left for school. We didn't feel safe after that and left after the lease ended. We probably would've stayed until I was ready to buy a house had it not been for that incident.
