The owners and their kin are super nice but I have to air my grievances. I'm tired of coming into this laundromat and there being broken dryers and …Thank you for taking time to write a review.  I apologize for taking so long to respond.  I will respond to each of your grievances.  There are times when our washers and dryers are out of service to our patrons.  This may be due to our waiting for a parts delivery or a repairman.  Our repairman is very popular in the area and we are often not at the top of his list.  Yes, we have called another repairman and it was a waste of time and money.  If you cannot find a washer please contact the Attendant.  Oftentimes a Wash, Dry & Fold order is in the machines. Other times the Attendant can start a washer which is labeled Out of Service.  Regarding one family taking up all of the available washers this is sometimes true.  Some of our customers have well over 200 lbs of laundry to wash and dry.  If you cannot find a dryer, notify the Attendant.  If a Wash, Dry & Fold order is in a dryer he/she will remove it and give you the dryer. If you really have to wait for a dryer the Attendant will give you a FREE DRY for your inconvenience.  Regarding the insects that  you have seen in our laundromat.  Sammy Laundromat has regularly scheduled exterminations by a licensed exterminator company.  I don't doubt that you saw what you saw, I have seen them also between exterminations. If I see them often or the attendants tell us about it we can call the exterminating company for another visit.  It is unfortunate but insects have been seen coming out of customers' laundry.  In any case if you see insects please notify the Attendant.  Contacting the Attendant could resolve your grievances.  I'm sorry that you had less than an excellent experience at Sammy Laundromat. Hopefully you will come back.
