There are no nice inexpensive motels around Maryland/Washington/Virginia. Its hard to review them because you get what you paid for. The problem I had with this one was that they have advertised everywhere about free breakfast but they didnt even have coffee. Not in the lobby and not in the room. The night person was deep asleep when I got there. The key didnt work in the first room I was given. They gave me another room after 20 minutes of waiting. Shower pressure was very low. There were no regular pillows in the room, just decorative square pillows. In the morning woke to someone yelling someone's name.

This place should be called the “ Roach inn”. Absolute worst hotel I stayed in so far. Would not recommend. There was no microwave, light fixture was hanging off the wall, and the so called “ bathroom” is not tall people friendly. The bed was trash and the pillows were just as flimsy as a flip flop. Not to mention there were baby roaches behind the bathroom door. You could smell cigarette smoke coming out of the vents. Highly disappointed with my stay.

Booked a room first thing in the morning then drove over 7 hours to be told that my room was taken. A phone call or email would have been nice. I will make a point to make sure the company I work for doesn't use this chain. We travel a lot an I can't believe that a email wasn't sent out to inform that there was a change.😠😡😠

I only gave 1 star because I couldn’t do anything less. We booked on Booking because we was coming from NC and we ask for a double room because we have our children, and they gave us two twin beds. Then we made sure we pulled the blankets and sheets back to do a clean check, there was a roach 🪳 crawling and then we turn around and there was another one crawling on the AC unit. We called booking and the office to ask for a refund. The customer service Rep Bridgette was trying to put us in another room but if 1 room have a roach the others do as well. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT BOOK THERE, Bridgette had the nastiest attitude and did not even offer an apology for what we have experienced
