Allentown Apartments

I have been living at Allentown apartments for 2 years now and parking is a disgrace!! We are only allowed one parking pass (even if you have to drivers in your home), no visitor's pass and towing starts at 9pm EVERYDAY! This is unfair and ridiculous! As a tenant who pays her rent I feel like it is unfair that we are not allowed to have company after 9pm. Like we are children put on a curfew! There is no where for our company to park even off of the property. The parking lot in front of our entrance is owned by a church and full of abandoned vehicles. From there is a small carryout parking lot which your car can get towed there as well. I have called corporate and received NO RESPONSE! The first time I lived here we were given a visitor pass and allowed two cars. I moved came back they wasn't towing. When they resumed towing they took away any additional parking. I have heard many of my neighbors complaining as well We are going to start a petition for visitor's parking. I hope corporate see this review and do right by their adult rent paying tenants.

I’m new to the complex and when I moved in I wasn’t happy about the move! But Ms. Renee she sat me down and apologized about my move in! She told me she will handle it and she did just that took care of all the problems and solve the issues! I’m so happy and comfortable I’m my home now!

This place is soooooo horrible and I’m so glad I didn’t move in ! First they showed me a unit with dead roaches in the kitchen cabinet an a stove that was falling apart. Second I gave RENEE my 100 dollar money order to hold the unit . I’ve been trying to get my money back for the past month now.. Renee has confirm many days for me to pick up my money order but each time no one is in the office when I arrive. They never answer the phone! I mean it makes noooo sense ! Give me my money order so I can be completely done with this complex

Sadly, we didn’t take the apartment because I was left a house the same week I was scheduled to move in but my experience with Ms. Renee was wonderful. She did all she could to help in our process of moving for the first time. She showed us patience and kindness. She was very professional and knowledgeable, as some property managers will just rush you through the process without being informative. I’ve recommended Allentown to a few of my friends, because the space is amazing and who doesn’t appreciate good management.
