The place seem nice at first, very nice staff but after you sign the lease and ask for repairs to be done they have management that is so forgetful that you have to put in the same work order five different times . Also the quality of the repairs that they do is almost not worth having them done so if you do want to move into Arcadia on 49th be prepared to be let down

The office staff is really truly professional they helped me overcome some of my issues with coordinating furniture delivery ECT. for my move in. The apartment is great!... Thanx to the ladies in the office.. Thank you Midge and a special thanx to Evelyn for keeping me laughing and having a great attitude.

Bridge is working to revamp the property and units. My pup loves the new park. Staff is sweet as well. I've never had a better maintenance team or leasing officer. They always make sure taken care of.

Lived in the apartments for two years. The front office staff was nice throughout the time of the lease. The apartments themselves were serviceable for a first time renter for a one bedroom space. The location is also a strong selling point being near local grocery stores and gas station. However there was a noticeable change for the worse during the second year there possibly due to the peak quarantine during the COVID-19. The apartments were located on the 3rd level, 342, yet somehow was paired with two neighboring tenants that made it incredibly difficult to work remotely. There were frequent calls to the police particularly due to one of the tenants directly below. Passing by it again it seems that there's been an ownership change and the apartments look significantly better.
