I rarely write reviews, but Duvall West Side (as a whole) deserves some of my gratitude and praise. I’ve lived MULTIPLE places in Laurel, and this is by far the best property I’ve called home! I have had nothing but pleasant exchanges with the office staff, which.. come on, how rare is that? Always upbeat and happy, welcoming and eager to help.. it’s refreshing to say the least. The maintenance staff is top tier compared to other properties I’ve lived, with several repair requests being handled as early as that night, or by 9am the following day, impeccable! The location couldn’t be better, and is soon to be a major metropolis in Maryland! All I’m saying is if you’re in the market for a new place or relocation, put this place on your list to tour!

I’ve lived at Duvall Westside for going on 2 years now and it has been nothing short of amazing. The area is quiet, the neighbors are super chill and the staff is the most attentive staff I’ve ever experienced living at an apartment complex! The maintenance team, especially Lee, have been so kind and helpful with any task I have asked and have exceeded my expectations! They are super respectful when entering my home and always make sure everything they’ve done is up to par. The front office team, I don’t even have enough words, they have been beyond helpful and kind in every situation I’ve been in and have checked in on me to make sure everything went smoothly. Ms. Terry, Ms. Muriel, Rashad and Diamond always greet me with a smile and pay attention to the quality of service they provide to the residents. This was my first leasing experience after living in New York during the peak of the pandemic and they made the moving process so seamless! Ms. Terry even took the time out of her staff party to allow me to tour my apartment and that is just a spec of how she has gone above and beyond for me. So so grateful to have chosen Duval Westside as my home!

Actually the worst experience I've had trying to rent an apartment. Some of the property leasing consulting staff are very nice, welcoming people. But the ones that are not, are actually incredibly snippy and rude, and will interrupt you and tell you contradicting stories about the process just to get you off of the phone. Very rude, seemingly nice property, but I see why there are so many reviews about how terrible the management office is.

Ms Terry and her staff at Duvall Westside are awesome. They are very friendly, kind and respectful. Any issues I had got addresses immediately and fixed. I also love the area and neighborhood.
