Hi I lived at the Views at Laurel Lakes for over 3 years. I am super happy with this place from the very first day I moved in this development. From the management to the staff it's been A+ experience and did I say the management and staff are awesome and take GREAT care of their tenants. They respond quickly and are efficient in getting all you need done. The maintenance Service Manager and his staff are just phenomenal if I can find a word for them. You can't get a better team. The Residential manager is by far the best and has always assisted and delivered seamless solutions on any issues or requests. The front office all have consistently worked hard to keep a beautiful place for me to call home from the landscaping to upgrades and their warm and welcoming atmosphere. They are always inviting residents to activities free breakfast or Pizza and Contests. The Views to me hands down have made me feel great that I am proud to call it home. Above all I love the professionalism and attention the staff show people here that anyone would fall in love with this small sweet quiet place right next to a Park and Lake where I do my walks to Harris Teeter and run little errands. Its close to everything even the Movies and places to eat and pet friendly. Again It really has been a great place for me to call home still. I can say I found a gem in this place and it has been for me a total Joy. Top Rate Place to Rent - 5 Stars

I looooove this place! My first place after moving out of my mom's house. I've lived here for 3 months, now. The apartment is quiet, well-insulated, and very spacious! I have everything I need b/c there's in-unit washer/dryer, a dish washer that works, a fire place, and a shower/tub. There is a large park and trail nearby that is excellent for walking my dog. It's literally a two-minute walk from my door. Heidi was extremely helpful when I was touring and considering this place. She was very personable and responded to emails quickly. Bam is very nice and helpful. He did my walk-through/inspection on move in day. He has also been by for some of my maintenance requests, and he treats me and my mom like family. Aimee is also nice and professional. There was a day that I accidentally locked myself out, and Aimee helped me. You can be certain that the apartment is safe, and no one on the staff will easily relinquish access to your apartment to a stranger. Aimee and her manager handled it very well. Everyone I've encountered on the staff is very nice. This apartment is very close to all the shopping and food. So, the quality of what you get in the apartment and of what is closeby makes the price worth it. Very nice area. Love it here <3

My application & move in experience has been great so far. As a previous apartment leasing agent for a different company, this complex goes above and beyond. Having maintenance walk the apartment with you at move in is very rare. Both Heidi (leasing) & Nick (maintenance) were very kind and attentive. Heidi is the main reason I moved in. Even though I wasn’t able to see a model, she answered all my questions and made me feel secure in the property. Also with the renovation to the clubhouse & gym, those are something to look forward to. Excited to be a resident here.

The views at Laurel lakes is an older complex but it’s nice. You’re tucked away without being cut off. One of the best parts of living here is they are animal friendly. Walking around and seeing all the dogs :) As with any apartment complex, there are some issues we have run into as we’ve been here several years. We had a few leaks, a busted hot water heater, little issues here and there. Prior management wasn’t horrendous but not great either. The new management is great at communication. They address issues in a quick and timely manner. Open lines of communication are very important. It doesn’t hurt they have been super nice too. We had a leak in our closet that new maintenance took a look at and ended up finding it was something that had been ongoing with prior issues from prior management and maintenance not fully realizing the issue. New maintenance worked with us and resolved the issue with no recurrence since. We are very happy with the new management and look forward to what changes they have coming down the pipeline.

Just a background check, and make sure you don't owe any debt . Other than that you got to make about twice the income of the rent to be approved. If you're using a guarantor, that person has to make 4 times the rent

Depends on the space that you are renting, the terms of the rental, and any pets. The website should list everything for you to review or you can speak to one of their sales people who are super friendly.
