Please don't waste your time or money here! I bought a "certified" used car from Keyes 3 years ago. Last week my check engine light goes on. I go to Firestone where they did a diagnostic test - FOR FREE - and gave me the codes. I called Keyes to see if my warranties would cover the error codes. They said they have to do their own diagnostic tests so I made an appointment for Saturday. I go Saturday and I'm told I have to leave my car until Tuesday! Apparently they are understaffed and the technicians weren't coming until Tuesday. Why they didn't call me to tell me this?! I tell him I can't leave my car that many days and would come back Monday on my day off to drop it off. I then asked the representative if he can look up my warranties and of course "the system was down". Monday I go drop off the car and go rent a car. Tuesday afternoon I get a response and they want to charge me $2600 and of course it's not covered under my warranty. I tell them I don't want them to fix it and I go pick up my car. I'm then charged $165 for the diagnostic fee, that had the same error codes that Firestone provided for free! I decide to speak to the manager on how unhappy I was with the whole situation and he is just as unapologetic and uncaring as the rest of them. So now I'm out $250 (diagnostic fee and car rental) for absolutely nothing. Reading the other reviews I noticed similar situations. Don't buy your car here and definitely don't service it here.

I would give them 0 STARS if I could. I came here for an oil change that took 3 HOURS. Every other location I go to does it in under 1 hour. That’s not what the review is about though. I came here with all four of my windows working perfectly fine. After receiving my car (after a three hour wait), I go to my car only to find out that the drivers’ side window isn’t working anymore. After telling Pete Garcia (a service advisor) about it, he put all the blame on me and was extremely condescending. Right after this, he immediately starts telling me that they can fix it (definitely looking for more commission rather than helping customers). After talking to the service advising manager, all he could tell me was that these things happen. Yes they do. How convenient that it happened right after they were in possession of my car for three hours. Beware of this location. Not only do you have to wait an outrage amount of time for something so simple, you might also leave with more servicing needed.

Super bad service, if you ask me why??? Because it’s the second time I’ve had a problem with my truck, the first time (brand new) there was a scratch on the paint and they made the excuse that the guarantee was over even though I had about 5 months with the truck. The second time about a month ago, a message kept popping up warning me about low refrigerant, they said my coverage was expired, they wanted me to pay. A truck with a value of 80 thousand and it doesn’t have coverage??? That’s why I think they offer horrible service.

Frank was my service rep, he was efficient, didn't waste my time or pressure me to do repairs. The waiting area was clean and quiet. (a coffee station would have been great), but I know cause of COVID its no longer available..

Go in and ask them about a upgrade and see what they offer you. If you are going to be upside down on your loan I would think twice about it but if they want your business they should work with you

12/9/19 Chris Millson is service manager now, promoted from advisor. Former manager Z personally recommended him to me. Z resolved my complaint from a different advisor and said there would be no problems with CM. Z was right!

Try auto zone and or craigslist. Your key should be 150 bucks . Craigslist guys are mobile but dont let them jack up your price just because of that.
