Had a very easy set up between my insurance carrier and this location to place the order for my rental car. Today, I needed to have the reservation modified though. I called the branch line and selected 3 for modifications, only to wait on hold for 15min, get answered by the service center, and be told I needed to call back and speak with the branch directly. After another 8 min on hold, the incessant hold music stopped and no one picked up. So I tried a third time only to wait on hold for 13min and be told no one from the branch could answer and try again later. I have now spent over 30 min of my morning, only to know I will have to go through some iteration of this again to hopefully move my reservation from 9am to 12:30pm. UGH WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
