Our washer started leaking..we are seniors on a fixed income.. Cheapest washer we found was $400 with a $75 delivery and hook up fee..our neighbor discovered the problem two huge holes in the vent hose..he called Chris he said it would be $100 he came looked at the washer said since the hose was htf it would actually be $150 with the hose cost..He showed up the next day as promised.. Had the our washer fixed in under 30 mins. There's a 30 day warranty...$150 vs. $475... We have already done 1 load and working on load 2 ...Thanx Chris & Dave(our neighbor)

Is it true if I buy a used washer here and it does not work that they will not send someone to come and fix or replace it? Will they make me try and get in the G-6?

No, that's not true at all. These guys do great work and if something doesn't work for some reason they will make it right. I've had nothing but GREAT experiences with them! You can purchase from them with confidence!

Do you buy or take trade for appliances. My fridge works, but it is outdated and for some reason doesn't stay cold enough. Example: the milk is cold, but goes bad a week before the expiration date. Will you take that as a trade toward a purchase?
