I toured The Alton recently and had a great experience. Everyone in the office was really nice, and a resident even talked to me in the elevator about how they love living there. I will definitely be keeping The Alton in mind for my next move.

I just moved in literally 3 days ago and I am already IN LOVE with my new apartment. They have thought of absolutely everything from what's in the unit to the parking located on each floor. I am in love with my new home and am so so so happy- I am also very picky and moved from a luxury building in DTLA and this building is better. Love the ceiling fans!

This post is WAY over due. I moved into The Alton roughly two months ago and I haven't found a single reason to complain. The complex is fantastic! It's clean, well maintained, has THE BEST facilities (pools, spas, gym, rooftop lounge and and and and and) and to top it off, everyone in the leasing office is incredible. They're so friendly, they know the tenants by name, they're always in a good mood, they're extremely reliable and they're all easy on the eyes ;) If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The location is tough to beat too. It's walking distance to every type of food you can imagine, all the freeway access, tons of things to do and it's southern California - it's sunny and beautiful all the time. When you move here you won't want to leave!
