The room was not bad, I overall enjoyed my stay. BUT I had electronics stolen from my room that I never used. Had to berate staff for days and they never gave me a straight answer. Obviously was one of the cleaning service. If that hadn’t happened I would’ve given a much better review. Edit: Most of my stuff was returned and mailed to me and they advised me that they fired the employee who did it. Have an extra star for the effort.

Why you shouldn't stay here....let me count the ways...first...it's no longer Holiday Inn but Wyndham. My room had broken furniture and a curved shower curtain that attacked you while you were on the bowl. No tissues, not enough towels, only decaf coffee and minimal soaps and such. The halls were dirty. Rugs were stained. The lights in the parking lot blinked all night like a strobe light. The staff was great but they were handicapped by limited resources and most requests couldn't be fulfilled without an excessive wait. One ice machine for 4 floors. They should close and spend some time updating and cleaning the place before hosting guests. Good location.

Hotel was clean and staff were professional and courteous however this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The hotel needs a major update/refresh. The hallways are dark, rooms have old musty scent. Breakfast is an additional fee. I received no housekeeping service during my 3 day staff. Recommend the Holiday Inn Express which is 1-2 miles from this hotel. Much nicer hotel for a little bit more than this one.

I stayed 4 nights. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating. (especially Patrick)They work hard at trying to keep everything clean, but it's like trying to shine an old penny. The guest services team is the reason for my rating - otherwise, I'd rate a 1! The hotel is just not welcoming or cheerful. It's dark, and dreary, and damp in there which made me uncomfortable. That is not how I envisioned my vacation stay at this hotel chain. The owner really needs to update the place. It's extremely dated, and needs some TLC. New bright paint, and definitely new carpet throughout world go a long way at this location. These two changes would also help with the musky smell I also had to contend with, and others are reporting. I'd book elsewhere unless some rehab is done.
