I always look forward to all the vendors at the fair. It's always a treat to bring home something fun and way overpriced. But nonetheless it's a tradition we've carried through three generations of family. Here's to three generations more.

We camped here for the PNW Overland Expo. It was a ton of fun and we really enjoyed all the exhibits.

We were there for my granddaughters dance recital. The grounds are very well kept and the buildings well maintained. They have an actual RV park that was pretty decent with several campers on-site.

Large venue with a wide variety of attractions coming and going! Monster trucks and Tough Trucks are always a good time for the family. Gun shows several times a year. Sportmans Show. Home of the Deschutes County Fair and Rodeo. Father's day demolition derby is always a family favorite! They have auto cross events from time to time. The auto swap meet in September is a personal favorite for me! They are starting to do off road rally events as well and really looking forward to that becoming a consistent thing! Every couple of years the Family Motor Coach Association packs every square inch of the place with RV'ers helping a HUGE boom for the Redmond economy. Maybe twice a year they host Central Oregon Arena Cross Motorcycle races...I would really like to see at least 1 or 2 BIG car shows held here! And furthermore with the growth of Central Oregon there is potential for so much more! Minutes from Redmond Airport and a few hotels on the edge of Redmond Oregon just off highway 97, 15 minutes from Bend or Terrebonne, about 3 hours from Portland, Salem, Corvallis, Albany, Eugene it really is the "Hub" of Central Oregon!

Already have reservations at the RV park. Just needed one more night but wasn't available. Thanks.

Last I heard there is no shuttle service outside the fair grounds this year
Wes Knodel Gun Shows Inc. I believe they are quarterly.
Me and my fiance are going to the 1:30 show but not sure if you can choose a time.
11 to 11
Fair was 11am - 10 in the building. And maybe 11pm outside. It ran Wednesday thru Sunday until 8 or more. It should have been on the info on your smartphone. I googled it before.
Parking is free and tickets range in prices with age
Opens at 11. Closes at 10 in the building. But I'm not sure if it still stays open another hour outside? It's supposed to be open till 11 Friday and Saturday nights and until 8pm Sunday. It's OVER YESTERDAY.
You can go earlier and check out the animals.
I am sorry I truly don't know. There is more information on the county fair website.

Clear facemasks do not protect anyone. If they did, the medical professionals would wear them!

There is no VIP gate
if i remember right the gates open about 10 or 11 am
U will need to contact the event coordonator to find out about them. If u mean for concerts that too is situational. Sometimes the event has vip sometimes it does not
When there r events there r carts with drivers. But sometimes there can be a wait for them so be sure to have a walker with a seat on it. Or if u have a teen or child u may be you can call ahead to ask for a driver. But yes they do have cart shuttles
Yes

If you are talking about Deschutes County Fair... The answer is no... The fairgrounds has many different events throughout the year... Some are free some are not... It would be best to go to their website to find out the specifics
For the fair, no. It may vary depending on events.
