I really enjoyed this anytime. Good selection of equipment. Everything felt clean and taken care of. I feel like i was on top of a few other people so honestly the floor plan could be better, but it wasn't bad enough to not give a 5star review. Clean, busy, maintained gym. Good atmosphere. A little quiet with no music. 4star review from the broken shower head pipe and the fact that some equipment needs TLC and lube. The pulley machine was extremely difficult, not due to weight but due to the cords needing maintenance.

Love this gym! Everything is well cared for & the owners are constantly providing new equipment for the gym. Never been happier at a gym.

Had an apparent $200 I owed because I guess I temporarily suspended my account instead of canceling it. My fault. Then received a call months later from Internal Credit Systems, a debt collector. He was literally the most disrespectful person I've ever spoken to on the phone. Called Anytime Fitness here in Redmond and was told by the manager not to answer or respond to said debt collectors calls or messages. The manager of Anytime told me to send Anytime Fitness an email with all the information regarding the call, which I did. And if I didn't receive a response within 3 business days, to email or call again. Which I did. Sent 3-4 emails and called 15+ times. Even tried going to the gym in person 4 times, over the period of 4 months. And no one was there during posted hours. If Anytime Fitness would've said "There is nothing we can do" I would've understood. But the manager said not to answer the debt collectors calls and that the owners of Anytime had been waiving a lot of these fee's due to covid. After expecting a response from Anytime for 4 months I received nothing from Anytime Fitness. Nothing except a letter in the mail from the debt collector for Anytime saying I now had to pay the original debt plus late fee's or I'd be sued. It would have been paid immediately if it weren't for what the manager told me. So I now have to pay the original debt, plus late fee's. Strictly due to being told not to respond to the debt collector by the manager of Anytime Fitness. This has also affected my credit negatively. Thanks.
