Very compassionate and well trained staff. Facility is clean and residents seem very happy there. Food looks amazing and fresh. Administration and nursing staff are absolutely amazing! I would recommend this facility to anyone.

If you are looking for a place that is not a facility, but a home for your loved one Brookedale is the place. The staff is compassionate and caring. They treat each individual to their special needs. They look into the background of your loved one so they are able to connect with them and have meaningful conversations. Brookedale goes the extra mile to make sure not only your loved one is cared for, but they also give the whole family peace of mind knowing that their family/loved one is cared and loved for in every aspect but still allowing your loved one to keep their Independence. The food is absolutely wonderful! There are many activities that every resident finds enjoyable and the building is beautiful, welcoming and always clean.

We thought we had found the great place for our dad. The sales pitch was good and everything was great until day 3 as he settled in to his new home. He went into the facility walking, and eating good. After a few visits we knew something was wrong. Personnel hygiene was not being tended too, lack of food and water. We found him in bed curled up in the fetal position and wouldn't open his eyes. We had a use a wheel chair to remove him. Is this the care your looking for for your loved one? The new facility we switched to immediately started care to bring him back. It only took 4 days and he's now he's walking again. Do your homework before selecting a care facility. Don't just choose based off the location and google reviews. Take a look at consumer affairs and speak with others in the field. Very disappointing and glad we found a quality home for him. Please don't respond with your text book corporate policy manual response. It wont fix the damage done. I just hope this helps others who face the same challenges.

Brookdale Redmond truly has a feeling of community. Their food is amazing and all made from scratch. They have monthly events that keep families together without the exhaustion of cleaning up or planning. The staff really takes the time for each person and shows compassion, which offers huge peace of mind knowing that quality care is actually being provided. They truly treat you and your loved one as family. I wouldn't want my family member to go anywhere except Brookdale Redmond.
