Fair was 11am - 10 in the building. And maybe 11pm outside. It ran Wednesday thru Sunday until 8 or more. It should have been on the info on your smartphone. I googled it before.
The Redmond fair is only actively going on for 4 days. That extra day being (open) is probably so vendors and booths can get all cleaned up? Just a guess really.
