The staff is very friendly and helping at all times. If you need any help with anything Enzo would be right there to help you. I feel very comfortable at this gym. The class options are amazing and something always happening for fun classes. Enzo is great help when you first start and he help you feel more comfortable with going to the gym as a new person.

I've been coming to this gym for 9 months now and I love it. Far more than meets the eye. The manager is fantastic to say the least. Plenty of classes to join and it's never packed.

I have never felt more at home in a gym then I have at 1440 in Redmond. Been going for a couple months now after a long hiatus after a personal injury. Since the first time I walked through the doors Enzo the gym's manager has been welcoming, knowledgeable, and gone above and beyond to help me get back in the swing of a regular fitness routine. Might not be the most advanced equipment around but definitely has everything you need to get the job done and they offer variety of classes, H.I.I.T. being my favorite. The tanning beds, infrared sauna, and massage chairs are great perks too.

I began at the Redmond 1440 a few months ago after leaving a gym that was just not right for me and have been nothing but amazed. Enzo is absolutely phenomenal and his personal training has completed revamped how I look at lifting weights and has actually been teaching me what my body specifically needs in a work out to achieve my goals. Everyone at the gym is always SO welcoming and helpful and encouraging. It’s truly a lovely space to spend time and work on myself. I have nothing but good things to say about Redmond 1440!

When they open back up, they don't tell you and then they bill you until you notice. Then you call the billing dept and they tell you since it was a monthly subscription they can't refund you just because you didn't use it. Then when you try to call the location to freeze your account they don't pick up the phone. Thats how it works. And they also don't tell you that there's a yearly "improvement fee of $50". Non-refundable

The staff is not there all the time. They may be there at 10 am.

Sometimes they have deals. I paid $80 startup for two people. Then $50 a month, two times a year they add another $25 for maintenance.
