Was holding my breath on how our passport appointments would go. Our last one in Pittsburgh was at the hands of a condescending, miserable, veteran employee. This visit was the polar opposite! Diana was fantastic: super friendly, open, organized, knowledgable, flexible, and efficient. She created the smoothest, most pleasant experience. I cannot recommend this post office enough....especially Diana.

I was planning for a long wait based on the latest reviews but I was in and out in 15 minutes and that was in the middle of the day when places are usually busy. I’ve only had good experiences here, we usually order chicks and they always call right away when they arrive.

Had an employee tell me they choose not to answer their phones on purpose. Everything I order ends up not being delivered so I need to go to the post office to pick it up which takes a lot of time due to their disorganized practices.

Everyone needs to know that the Redmond Post Office is imploding right now. They've lost dozens of employees, have nobody to work, and too many Amazon Packages to deliver. I've spoken to multiple postal employees, and they have all confirmed this. Our community needs a post office, the carriers need help.
