I ordered on line at 5:04pm and their message to me said it would be ready at 5:22-5:24pm. I got there at 5:27pm. Went inside to pick up and they said it would be about 10 more minutes. I sat in my car until 5:45 and tried again. Still not ready. Finally got my order at 5:56pm. May be my last visit to Domino's.

Apartment is less than a mile from the store and it took 3 hours to get it here?? The person who runs this store should be ashamed of themselves. Pretty sure my pizza sat in there store for 2 hours before it was delivered got here and was cold and disgusting will never order from this putrid place again. Not blaming the employees blaming whoever is in charge! Do better!

I think they're just really busy/short staffed at this location. We've had a couple of experiences where orders seem to get delayed at the final step. Our order spent over an hour in quality check, and then came with the deluxe specialty pizza being only cheese and olives. Understandable mistake, but wish that domino's made it easier to ask for a refund. The olives-only pizza is kind of weird, don't recommend ordering. Not worth the money.

Dispite the fact that on the rare occasion the pizza comes out tasty and hot it seems recently that hasn't been the case. Tracking the food online only reveals our pizzas sitting in there warmers for an hour waiting for a driver. Driver was very friendly and polite, woman on the phone when we called to check our order was dismissive and clearly just trying to placate without caring. Our food came over done, I'm guessing it was the warming box and incorrect, missing ingredients that we paid for. All in all we probably wont be trying domino's again for a long while and neither should anyone else until they get more drivers at least. My husband has more choice words to say for our 60$ order but I figured that wouldn't be polite.

Call us and complain. We will fix you up with free stuff. Assuming the employee who answers the phone is competent.... We are massively understaffed and underequipped to service the area we work in so we are inevitably going to screw things up sometimes. Corporate, if you are reading this please let us open another store.
They upped it about a month ago *updated 3/04/19* it's now $5 delivery fee. Their reasoning for it is because minimum wage is supposed to increase on July 1st.
@BLZI Cojiro is correct. I'm a driver here and I have no idea why this isn't an option under the Campus selection. We have no access to the database that contains the information. Tebeau Hall and other newer buildings are the same way. We drivers are so used to this that whenever we see Arnold Cafeteria, or sometimes Bloss Hall, we know it's probably going to be the IILC. We are required to make contact via call for campus deliveries anyway so it's usually never an issue, but boy is it annoying. It really flusters our routing computer. Putting "IILC" in the delivery instructions helps and putting something like "Peet's Coffee entrance" or "west facing entrance" can shave a few seconds off the delivery time because we'll know right where to go.
