The staff is always so friendly and kind. My furry friend loves coming here and perks up whenever we enter the parking lot. I experience the parking lot pick up and drop off better than the old school waiting room full of rambunctious pets 😂

I recently took in my cat who was very sick, and made the decision to have my cat put to sleep. All of the staff was incredibly kind, caring, and supportive while I made my decision. They made sure to give my cat the best care until the very end. The compassion of the staff made this difficult time much easier.

When our almost 14 year old dog took a turn for the worst, we were traveling on the coast in our RV. No “local” vets could fit us in to their schedule. West Hills not only fit us into their busy schedule, but they let us be with him outside while they helped his pass. (Covid wouldn’t allow us into the clinic.) We drove over an hour to get to the clinic and they immediately took care of us. They were very caring, compassionate and felt like friends during this difficult time. They gave us as much time as we needed and comforted us the entire time. My neighbor has told me that I have a really nice paw print waiting for us when we return to Florida. Makes it a little easier leaving our Jack behind in Oregon.
