Call us and complain. We will fix you up with free stuff. Assuming the employee who answers the phone is competent.... We are massively understaffed and underequipped to service the area we work in so we are inevitably going to screw things up sometimes. Corporate, if you are reading this please let us open another store.
Domino's screws things up like that pretty frequently. If you call them and express how you're unsatisfied with your service they might offer you discounts or free food coupons. At least that is what they did for me when I complained about the quality of my pizza and extremely delayed delivery.
