I have had a leak in my window in the same spot FOR FIVE MONTHS. They refuse to fix it decently and it's come back THREE TIMES. When I complained about it the second time they suggested I move (???), implying they had no intention of fixing their damaged property. There's also been heaps of dirt and garbage in from of my apartment building for almost a year. Slumlords.

Three years of sheer frustration. Moved in apartment was filthy with construction dust and parts of the cabinetry were unfinished. They refused to clean or pay for cleaning. They bring leaf blowers at 7am on a Saturday, blowing in the garage damaging the paint on both my cars. They knock on my door on the 1st of every month insisting on the rent check despite having never paid late. Still haven’t fixed my leaking balcony. Windows made out of single lanes, holes all along the bottom no insulation. For $2400 a month??? SLUM LORDS. STAY AWAY.

I personally really love This management company. They get to the bottom of situations. If there is a problem you do hear back with in 24 hours. The cleanliness of the apartment structure is usually clean they have an on-site manager for any complaints or help needed throughout the day. Michael is one of the nicest people I dealt a lot with him he’s very understanding very kind hearted. Unfortunately I had to leave the apartment that I was living in due to a harassment issue by another neighbor but when I did contact the management company and let them know what was happening they did help me get to the bottom of things. They listen to my side of the story and they made sure that things weren’t going to escalate. I am very thankful for them I have dealt with many other companies just be patient at the end of the day they are very busy and they are only human as well.
