I’ve lived here for years and can’t wait to get out. I love the community and apartments but the change of ownership has resulted in a lack of effort, disrespectful and power hungry management, and broken unresolved issues constantly including the hot tub. I have been harassed and yelled at by lanette along with other residents, which is beyond inappropriate and unprofessional. I’m shocked at how downhill this place has gone. I truly loved it here.

I have really bad experience with Alder. When Moving in I was thinking about better living but it was my worst ever experience. Firstly they floor/ceiling have no good soundproof and it's get really bad experience to live in "luxury" apartment without good soundproof. Second how management solve problems actually not solved anything. When I live there management and owner changing but still have almost the same. And last one they charge you for anything they want to get all of your security deposit.

I feel Alder is a great home to live in. We feel safe and secured here and the management is very prompt in attending to the needs of their renters especially when it comes to immediate repairs and maintenance. They right away act on your requests. We hope they will be consistent with this service. Staff are very respectful and very friendly😊😊😊Thank you for being a nice part of our home🥰🥰

Amazing building with great amenities. Too bad you can’t enjoy living there since the floors are so thin between units. 3 years of no problems and then a new upstairs neighbor moves in, runs, jumps, throws stuff at the floor daily. Office is rude about complaints that I make, they dismiss them and say they can not do anything because it is not violation of lease. I have had to leave my apartment to do zoom calls in peace, because the other party can hear the noises through the call. I have rented hotel rooms at my personal cost as to get a full night of sleep. Do not deal with the office here. Maybe Greystar should not be managing this nice building
