Brian was very helpful today by phone. He told me to do a factory reset and that I could Google how to do it. I ended up only needing to do a hard reset, so I called him back and thanked him and he gave me more information to prevent the problem in the future.

Update: I went back with two phone screens to be fixed. I was in and out within 40 minutes with a well repaired phone. He was honest enough to let me know that it wasn’t worth fixing the screen on one of them because of the high cost to repair and the current retail value. I appreciate business reps who are not just after making money, but willing to do the right thing. That’s why I keep going back here. Great customer service and integrity breeds loyalty and referrals. This company got it right. —————— I found out about this place from an emergency when my phone black-screened while in DTLA. They were excellent at the repair. In fact, I was so pleased that I’ve journeyed all the way from Inland Empire 2 times since and I’ve always been super pleased with the final outcome. Their customer service is very GENUINE. Once I went and the wait was longer than expected, but they showed actual care and apologized over and over again. Another time they were not willing to fix a phone screen because the repair guy did not think it would be worth it and being that my phone was warped, it would not be fixed completely. I went against his advise and got it fixed. He tried so hard to almost make it perfect. Just like he said, it cracked naturally few weeks after from slight pressure. I admire them for being so honest and transparent. Other companies would gladly take my money without warning of such. I came searching for their info because I need their service AGAIN and I was surprised to see the poor ratings. Although they are few, those are polar opposite to my experiences. That’s why I’m getting ready to make a 55 miles trek there to see them.

Brian and his crew is a lifesaver! Been coming here for years and they never disappoint. I always used to drop off my phone and come back but decided to hangout while getting repaired. He repaired my iPhone 11 screen within 15 mins. I sat in front of him and watched the whole process while listening to his witty conversation. Highly recommend.
