Sketchy people trying to steal identities and money without providing any service. Did anyone else notice that ALL the photos from the positive reviews look like they were taken in the same place from different angles. Probably even the same passport in all the photos. May even be a passport they stole from someone they talked into sending it over. Long story short, whenever you are looking for this type of service you should always get at least 2 quotes in writing from different companies. Anyone needing a Passport or Visa should look to traveldocs.com You can bank on these clowns responding to this review with 100% fictitious canned replies. No I never went to their office (actually called from another state). I called asking about a visa and they hung up before I could even say what country. Founder of a travel provider operating in 22 countries and these people are a long way from adding value to any travel experience.

I called to schedule an appointment for their SF office that was listed on their website. The woman that picked up was very rude and hung up when I asked about making an appointment at the SF location. She could have said they are no longer in SF but chose to hang up. I would steer clear of this place.

Terrible customer service!! Called twice for general information regarding a new passport and was rushed off like I offended the guy or something. Their are so many other places do the same with a much more professional attitude. Dime a dozen.

April was awesome! She helped me get my passport in 2 days DURING COVID after telling me it could take 10 business days. She worked extra fast, and made herself available after 5pm to answer my questions. I highly recommend her and her company to anyone!!!

You can come in person or do everything on-line but you will still need to mail all documents to our office for us to process.
You will need to go through the steps outlined on our site here: https://www.24hourpassportandvisas.com/passport-services/lost-or-stolen-passport/ 1. Complete DS-11 and DS-64 applications 2. Get all your documents in order 3. Get to the nearest acceptance facility and authorize all your documents 4. If you choose to expedite your new passport, then you would take the authorized documents and come with the envelope to our office or mail it in and we can expedite the delivery of your new passport as fast as 6-8 hours.
