I found out very late that my passport would not be accepted for an upcoming trip that had been planned for over a year. I was in a panic after I was told it was not possible to get a new passport in time. I came in to the office with little hope. Bobby helped me. He said it was very tight, but he should be able to get my passport same day as my departure. I was planning for the worst. Then I received my passport 3 days before my trip! I was so so relieved. Thank you Bobby and team for your amazing service! You are pro's!

We had an amazing experience here even under stressful circumstances. On Easter Sunday, after telling us in advance that my daughter only needed a birth certificate to travel, the airline turned us away for not having a passport (it had been lost). Again, on EASTER SUNDAY, we called and, while they were honest that passports can no longer be processed on the same day, they took photos, prepared all the documents and told us exactly what to do the next day. By the way, we took longer to get to the office than expected and they waited for us, which made them late for their family holiday celebration. What they told us WORKED and we are making a flight tonight. We could not have made this happen without them. I will use them again for all travel documents even if it isn't an emergency! THANK YOU!!

Very Professional office. Hectic yes, but these guys are legit. You get what you pay for and they delivered on what they say and faster and than what they said. I was promised my replacement Passport (original one stolen along with birth certificate and vital papers, so only walked in with a copy of my old Passport in my phone) in 10 days and they had it ready a week later. They are worth Every Penny for their honest and professional services, not to mention the stress relief was invaluable so I could travel on time.

I had a passport with 1.5 months left before its expiration date and was two weeks away from getting married in Peru... when a friend informed me about the 6-month validity rule for US passports (basically most countries won't let you enter if your passport has less than 6 months left before its printed expiration date). I had no idea about this rule. I was devastated and didn't know what to do (even expedited passports take at least 5-7 weeks to process and deliver). I Googled 'emergency passport los angeles', and this agency came up as the top result. One of the employees there, Jackie, was incredibly helpful throughout the process and assured me my passport would arrive by a specific date and time (just 7 hours before my flight departure time, in fact!). I was filled with anxiety for those two weeks I waited for it to arrive (this was my first time doing this kind of emergency request for a govt. document), but sure enough, my renewed passport arrived at the exact date and time this agency gave me! Long story short, this service is a lifesaver and is the reason I'm able to make it to my own wedding. Javi and his team are there to make sure you have what you need by the exact time that you need it. My only advice is that, as anxiety-inducing as it is to be without a passport, try not to call them and check in so much during that timeframe while you're waiting for it to arrive (which is what I did because I'm a worrywart). They're quite busy over there with several other clients in your same situation, so you just have to trust that they'll take care of you by the specific time/day that they tell you. So grateful that an agency like this exists!

Not anymore
You should call them. I saw them on a Sunday morning and got my passport Monday around 4:30 p.m.
Its in Process...so therefore do u trust the department I mean you have proof of purchase...present it to your job now...that way...if all else fails...you gave a 2-3wks notice in advance...it seems pretty fair and understandable being that yet people are still traveling 😷 🤒 sick...we are still COVID it didn't go away...STAY SAFE AND 🤓 SMART
I did mine 2 weeks ago.. It came in 8 days. Right now they offer 10-14 days or 5-7 week services for the location, due to Covid.

Nomore sameday pDsport, passport, those services stopped since march of last year due to covid
There are different price levels based on how quickly you need it. Co got mine in 8 days for around $300.00.
I paid $360 total. Got it in 2 days
Depends on how fast you get it/need it. I know that's not much help, but They can answer that over the phone.
