Had a blood test. Disorganized now just like any other VA facility. The VA is now running this clinic as of 9/1.
Just Relaxing
You can never/never call this clinic because the receptionist will not answer the phone. If you call back too many times they forward you to some office in Illinois. Very poor Veteran care.

I had my first visit and I've never seen a staff that was so rude, incompetent and downright disrespectful. Shame on you, I will be reporting this clinic to VA as the lack of care is beyond ridiculous.

One of the most incompetent, rude, and overall lousy VA clinics I've seen. Saying they are unprofessional is an understatement. And that is impressive given the VA's reputation. Unless you want your appointment rescheduled 4 plus times, go somewhere else even if your doctor isn't there. They have zero care for their patients and will make your life as difficult as possible. I've never experienced medical care at such a low level. Every doctor and front desk person should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

Audiology walk in are now EVERY DAY. Morning is from 8 to 10:30 Afternoon 1 to 2:30. There are at least 3 audiologist taking walk in patients every time period and day.
I don't work for the VA so I don't know.

Everyday at Delray CBOC. Best to call to see how busy but open during working hours. I do not remember whether they are taking lunch break.
It depends on whether it is for hearing aids, mental health, general health or lab. You may always call ahead starting around 8 am or maybe earlier.
