I have a good experience with them. I purchase a passport service for my minor son but unfortunately our travel plans did not go as plan. I explain my situation with them and within one day they were able to get back to me and will refund me. Thanks to their customer service and Ms Kamila Kowalczyk accounting department. Your claims of excellent customer support are highly exaggerated and do not reflect the actual services you provide. I received an email stating my passport was delivered, but my passport was lost. I was left with no tracking number for my passport delivery, no customer support or chat available to resolve my issue. You claim to have services available 6 days/week. This is simply not true. There is no one available to give support, and when you do get someone, they are not trained to assist, they simply pass you off to a supervisor that is supposed to call you back within 24-48 hours - and they never call. I will not recommend your services to anyone. I had an awful experience with your company. You should all be ashamed of the high prices you charge and the lack of service you provide. I would've been better off doing the forms myself. This service is a joke.

DO NOT USE! The label that was created didn't work and FedEx will not accept it. Called 3 days in a row to get support and was never called back. Created a support case on their website that was never returned. They do not provide any support, supper horrible service. I'm disputing the charge with my CC because I can't even get in touch with them to cancel it. Super frustrating.

This company will take your money and run. I’ve been waiting almost 7 months for a passport renewal and they can’t seem to tell me where it is or why the delay. We moved out of the address it was supposed to ship too and can’t get ahold of anyone to update it to ensure it’s safely delivered. We have emailed every week asking for updates and haven’t gotten a single reply, we call every week and get stuck on hold or transferred a few times before being hung up on. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT USE RUSH MY PASSPORT. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. I asked for a refund once I finally got ahold of someone and they said “that’s not something we do” as they have already began to process the order (7 months later). I understand the pandemic slowed a lot of things down but we sent the passport out in December... so what’s the excuse?

If we walk in Monday morning for 24 hrs new US passport service for the first time at 9.00 o'clock. What time we can receive the passport and how much fee we have to pay ? Thank you very much.

When are you traveling? Our processing times depend on when we get your documents but for a 24 hour service speed, we need to verify a lot of things to ensure you can get this service. Please call us so we can have a rep help you prepare your documents so you can get your passport as quickly as you need it.
