Great customer service; Friendly staff; The business is very well organized where I was never failed once w/ anything :) They always do their part where I have no issues receiving my mail & packages & anything I send out thru there always make's it to the recipient in a timely manner.

It is a good service but I paid $80 for 3 months of service, I find that far too expensive. I have been trying to cancel my mailbox since October and I cant get through. I am traveling right now so phone service is not easy, I call and There is no voice mail and they don't respond to emails. They are nice very nice and courteous but at this point I feel they are holding my mail hostage and I cant get to the store due to not being in state. Please have someone respond to my email and advise if you will just send my mail back to the post office. Thank you.
