AVOID DO RICHARD LIU. He’s unhelpful, awkwardly rude, and isn’t there to help people or work for that matter. He’d rather recommend sending you elsewhere instead of doing the tests himself and then when he recommends places, they don’t accept insurance. Even though I only spent 2 minutes with him they were still a waste. The male tech I had was more helpful and less awkward. Girls at front desk were nice as well.

I had the best experience at this location. The phlebotomist, Vanesa, who took my blood today was excellent! She was so calming and the entire procedure was quick & painless. I definitely recommend requesting her if you have a fear of needles/blood work, like myself. The rest of the staff is very welcoming at this location too!

This place is fantastic. I realize the weight for covid testing is probably quite long, but for general needs I can't believe what a quick and efficient experience I had. Not only did I get an EKG and blood drawn in about an hour, the wait time for everything was practically non-existent. They were pleasant and courteous, and when I was referred to a cardiologist they actually set up an appointment for me the exact same day. The place was down the street from my house. I will definitely only be using this urgent care in the future.
