This place is horrible. Came in today as a walk in. Signed in and waited almost 2 hours. When I approached the desk to see how much longer it will take (and that several other walkins were seen before me.) The front desk older lady interupted (mind you she was on her phone taking a personal call) with a nasty attitude stating they all had appointments, which was BS. So I said make sure you don't charge my insurance and left. Went to south shore northwell emergency room. Was seen within 10 minutes. Out the emergency room in 45 minutes. I will NEVER again go to Eltingvilles northwell urgent care again.

Don’t brother. Appointments do not mean anything!!! Front desk with nasty attitude. We actually had a misdiagnose at this location few months ago. Looks like nothing improved. Do yourself a favor and find a different spot. They are a dime a dozen. Honestly it’s the nasty attitude of the older lady at the front desk that just made me walk out. Not coming back to this location again!

This place sucks. I thought urgent care centers are supposed to deal with work related issues and they didn't see my injuries. They lack the service for anyone who is hurt or in need and also they mostly lollygag throughout the day. Some needs to do something about this location cause Ive seen people walk in and out because they can't see certain patients and the receptionists are really rude

Yes, we offer rapid COVID-19 testing. Please note that rapid COVID-19 tests are very limited and not guaranteed.
We do not offer testing at Tottenville High School. We are happy to provide COVID-19 testing at our nearby center in the Eltingville shopping center. We recommend saving your spot online for a visit.
COVID-19 rapid testing is available only in select locations and is in extremely limited supply at this time. Rapid results are available in approximately 15 minutes. Our non-rapid COVID-19 tests results are available in 7-14 days.
No, we do not provide ultrasounds or sonograms on site. However, if you do not have a prescription for an ultrasound or sonogram, our providers at Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care can provide one if it is deemed necessary.
